Everything was perfect.

The accommodation was traditional located adjacent to the ferry port, the coast and old town near the harbour, that's what I was expecting. Its location was great, not far from Town Hall.

Marvellous and fantastic location immediately in the city centre with everything at the door.

Had everything we needed, recommend. Our apartment was nice near to all the great restaurants especially The Dowry and the Fort cafe, Shetland and FCGH, and sights and places to visit. Incredible location in the center of town, truly enjoyed it.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, with a high-quality apartment and plenty of space. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the city and close to the pier. The staff, especially Carina, were incredibly helpful and made our stay enjoyable.

The only thing that could have been improved with the breakfast offerings was the variety of options available.

Our stay at Fort Charlotte was fantastic! Carina, the host, was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location was also perfect, with local bars, a convenience store, and a lovely café just a short walk away. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in the Shetlands.

Everything was perfect; we recommend this place. The property was traditional and lovely and the experience with the host was wonderful! There was a bathtub.

our second visit to lerwick was even better than the first, thanks to our stay at this lovely apartment. its central location, clean and tidy interiors, and excellent bathroom made us feel right at home. the small touches like bread and milk waiting for us were just icing on the cake. we would definitely return if given the chance.

Parking was a bit tricky.

Great location near the pier, city center, bars, chippy, store, and café. High quality, clean, and well-equipped flat. Appreciated the breakfast food provided by the owner. Superb accommodation with convenience and easy access to town and the countryside. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at Fort Charlotte for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, with stunning views of the harbour. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a thoughtful selection of groceries and toiletries. The layout and decoration of the apartment were excellent, with unique details like the window seats adding a cozy touch. The apartment was also very clean and tidy, and the communication with Carina was excellent. I highly recommend this accommodation for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
